Shipping & Delivery
We offer free shipping on all orders above $50. For orders below $50, a flat shipping rate of $5 will be applied. We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package. We currently only ship within the United States.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please email us at returns@kaiselstudio.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a prepaid return label. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
